Frequently Asked Questions

Can you print on black or cotton T-shirts?

Sublimation only works on polyester and on white or light-coloured fabric, because the ink dyes the fibres rather than sitting on top. That's why our shirts are white or light polyester.

What file should I send?

A high-resolution PNG, JPG or PDF works best. Phone photos are usually fine for mugs and cushions. If you're not sure, send what you have and we'll tell you whether it will print well.

How do I look after my mug or tumbler?

Hand washing keeps the colours bright for longest. Ceramic mugs are microwave safe; stainless steel tumblers are not.

Do your prices include VAT and delivery?

All prices include VAT. Courier delivery depends on your area and order size, so we include it in your final quote before you pay.
